AI and Likeness Policy

Concept, direction, writing, and editorial judgment are always human-first and human-led. AI is used as a tool to assist with tasks like concept exploration, visual development, and editing support. Every production is reviewed and approved by our team before delivery.

We do not create or distribute content that uses a real person's likeness, voice, or identity without their consent. When a production features an identifiable person, we require a signed release before the content is produced or published.

We do not generate synthetic likenesses or cloned voices of real people — including public figures, clients, their customers, or family members — without explicit written permission. For any production that uses AI to generate or alter a person's likeness or voice, we document consent before work begins.

We will not produce deepfakes, impersonations, or content designed to deceive, defame, harass, or mislead viewers about a person's words, actions, or identity.

We do not use AI to generate or alter images or voices of persons under 18 beyond the scope of the agreed family production. Children's images are never retained for future AI model development or unrelated creative use, and are deleted after delivery.

When you provide photos, footage, or recordings, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use them, including any releases for the people featured. ON AIR is not responsible for securing releases for materials you supply.
