Terms of Service

ON AIR NETWORK produces original branded video content, including campaign promos, season passes, family channel films, music videos, special productions, and corporate channels. Each service is described on its respective page and confirmed in your project agreement.

The On Air Screen Test is a one-time pilot production. If you upgrade to a first season within seven days of receiving your Screen Test, your full Screen Test payment is credited toward your first season. The credit applies only to the first season and expires after seven days.

The Season Pass is a recurring monthly engagement. The first season runs for three months at the first-season rate; continuing seasons are billed at the continuing-season rate. You may pause or end your season with the notice described in your agreement.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. One-time productions are invoiced per project; recurring seasons are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project briefs, materials, and feedback on time.
• Own or have the rights to use every photo, clip, recording, and asset you supply.
• Secure releases and permissions for any person whose likeness or voice appears in supplied materials.
• Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.

ON AIR NETWORK retains ownership of its production methods, storyboards, and editorial work. On full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered videos for your marketing, internal, and broadcast purposes. ON AIR may feature completed work in its portfolio unless your agreement states otherwise.

Each production includes the revision rounds described in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are quoted separately.

Because production begins immediately, cancellation terms depend on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. These terms are set out in your project agreement.

ON AIR NETWORK's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific production giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ON AIR NETWORK operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
