Built For Your Business

Your show starts in three steps

Before we produce the episodes, we build the concept, format and cast that will make your show recognizable.

Define the Show01

Define the Show

We develop the show name, original premise and creative direction.

1 / 3
Choose the Format02

Choose the Format

Together, we choose how the show will come to life, from interviews and expert-led episodes to demonstrations, stories or character-led formats.

We then create the recurring structure, branded graphics, intro and outro.

2 / 3
Cast and Plan the Season03

Cast and Plan the Season

Choose your employees, developed staff avatars or a combination of both.

Every real cast member receives a Casting Welcome Kit explaining what to expect and how to prepare. ON AIR then maps the first 12 episode topics around your customers, priorities and goals.

Your show is now ready for its first season

The Research

The Research

On Air works closely with your business to understand your day-to-day operations, your industry, and what makes your company unique. Together, we explore creative concepts and storylines that could bring your business to life through its own original series.

Character Design

Character Design

Our team visits your workplace to capture photos and voice recordings of employees who wish to become recurring characters in your series. This allows us to bring your team into the story without disrupting their daily responsibilities or requiring them to spend time acting on camera.

World Design

World Design

We can photograph your workplace and use it to recreate a version of your environment within the series, helping the story feel connected to your real business. If you'd prefer a more imaginative approach, we can also design an entirely original world or setting that best fits the tone and concept of the series.

Storyboard & Script

Storyboard & Script

Once the creative direction is agreed upon, our team develops detailed storyboards and scripts to bring the series to life. We'll review everything with you, discuss any final adjustments, and ensure you're happy with the direction before receiving your approval to move into production.

Creative Production

Creative Production

With the storyboards and scripts approved, our team begins bringing the series to life. We handle character and environment generation, visual refinements, and world-building while carefully maintaining continuity throughout every scene. From there, we move into video generation, followed by professional editing, sound design, and final production to create a cohesive, cinematic series ready for your audience.
